Overhauling CogSol’s website to showcase their AI product
This intensive process was based on mutual trust and the value of research. Despite the client's limited availability, we took on the challenge and resolved it by transforming interviews and data into clear insights that guided our direction.
We immersed ourselves in the project—navigating its complexity, understanding the brand, uncovering the why behind the initiative, and collecting data, observations, and interviews from both stakeholders and users. Ultimately, this phase provided the key insights that served as the foundation for our work.
With limited resources, we conducted interviews with two key audiences: experienced engineers and decision-makers who, despite lacking a technical background, played a crucial role in business decisions.
During this phase, we synthesized the story we wanted to tell, with a clear emphasis on purpose and meaning. Inspired by CogSol’s product, the concept of a live assistant emerged as a key feature. This assistant became the cornerstone of our interactive experience, serving as the focal point and entryway to the brand.
We doubled down on content that reflected the story and spirit of CogSol.
Given the tight timeline, Nareia and CogSol made a strategic decision to launch an initial version. We carefully aligned priorities and defined a clear roadmap, ensuring that pending elements were categorized by relevance.
This approach allowed us to deliver a functional and impactful landing page while laying the foundation for future iterations.
The tone, voice, and structure of the AI assistant responses were developed by the startup. Since this was the core of the new landing page, we focused on providing strong support. For example, we helped by testing it and preparing an improvement document to help craft an authentic user experience.
